When is it time to shop?
We get this question quite often and thought we would expand our FAQ's to include more information for you. We offer a free veil from our timeless veil collection when you special order your gown during your first appointment. As such, we want you to be fully prepared to buy your gown during your first appointment. We know all about wedding budgets and every bit of savings helps!
Check out the list below. If you can answer "YES!" to these questions, it's time to come in to shop!
1. Is it about 8-16 months before your wedding?
This is the best time to shop for your gown. It takes about 6-8 months for your gown to arrive after placing our order. This depends on the designer and their production schedules. If you shop to earlier, there is a chance your favorite gown could be discontinued before you are ready to say YES! If you shop to later, we do have options available for quick rush or in stock, but your options could be limited.
2. Will you have everyone with you that needs to be present for you to say YES?
We often see brides that can't say YES until a very special person is with them to be a part of the moment. Make sure that person is with you during your first appointment so they can experience the excitement of the initial moment you fall in love with your gown. It's a "goosebumps" kind of experience that is tough to recreate.
3. Are you ready to pay for your gown?
Make sure you are ready financially to pay for your gown. We see many brides come in, find the one, only to realize they haven't considered the cost or had a conversation with the person that is paying for the gown. Our gowns cost between $850-$2800. We require a 60% deposit to place your order with the balance due in 30 days. The deposit is due during your first appointment to received your free veil.
4. Do you have your date and venue selected?
So this one has a bit of a gray area; we have absolutely had brides buy their dress before selecting the date and venue. However, MOST brides need to know the time of year and vibe of their venue to help select the perfect gown. Also, consideration for your gown arrival timing needs to be taken.

This appointment is for brides that just want to find their style and are not ready to purchase. "Find my Style" appointments are $75 and last 45 minutes.
