Nestled in the heart of the charming Sanford Historic District, Venue 1902 is truly one-of-a-kind. Set on an entire city block, this storied Romanesque Revival building was built in 1902 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. What we now call Preservation Hall once functioned as The Sanford Grammar School also known as the Sanford High School and as the Margaret K. Reynolds Building.

The venue is has undergone extensive renovations to restore original features as well as add new life to the building with modern touches that complement the overall vintage aesthetic. We are so honored to be a part of the first wedding photos to be captured at the venue.

We couldn't think of a better match for this venue than our very own Rebecca Ingram Gown, Carrie. It is a charming modern take on a vintage silhouette, just like Venue 1902. This romantic wedding dress features a lace bodice, illusion bateau neckline, and illusion back atop a flowing blush ballgown skirt. Carrie is finished with covered buttons and a detachable beaded sash on grosgrain ribbon.
